Expert support

Need an expert rather than a project? A short selection, assessed by a practitioner.

When your need calls for reinforcement rather than a project, we present two to four AI, Data or Cybersecurity profiles, assessed on mission evidence by a practitioner, not by a CV-sorting algorithm. Profiles remain anonymised until you agree. The selected expert works within your perimeter, under a confidentiality agreement, and the mobilisation lead time is set out at scoping.

When to choose expert support

Expert support fits when your teams lead the project and lack a specific skill, for a defined period.

  • Your team leads the project and needs one-off expertise
  • The skill sought is identified: architecture, data, security
  • The perimeter and duration of the assignment can be set in advance

Areas covered

  • Generative AI and RAG
  • Data science and machine learning
  • MLOps and industrialisation
  • Data engineering
  • Data analysis and business intelligence
  • Penetration testing and security audit
  • Interim CISO and NIS2 compliance
  • AI and data project management

How the selection works

Scoping the need

We restate your need: perimeter, skills, technical environment, security constraints, duration.

Assessment on evidence

A practitioner reviews the missions each expert has actually carried out, their deliverables and context, not the keywords of a CV.

Anonymised presentation

You receive two to four anonymised skill profiles, each justified against your need.

Interview and decision

You meet the selected experts; identities are disclosed with both parties' agreement, and you decide.

The skill profile

Each expert is presented through a profile that answers one question: what can this expert do for you, in your context?

  • Comparable missions carried out, with their context and constraints
  • Deliverables produced and technologies actually used
  • Availability confirmed with the expert
  • Reasons for the selection, against your need

What sets our method apart

Six principles apply to every request for expert reinforcement. They describe how we work; they make no claim about how others work.

A need scoped in writing

Your need is restated in writing before any search: scope, skills, technical environment, security constraints, duration.

A short selection

Two to four profiles, each justified against your need, rather than a list to sort through.

Profiles anonymised until you agree

You first judge the assignments and deliverables; identities are revealed with the agreement of both parties.

Human validation

Each selection is made by a practitioner, on evidence of past assignments, not by a CV-screening algorithm.

Follow-up during delivery

Regular check-ins and a report at each milestone, with a single point of contact throughout the assignment.

Regulation considered from the outset

The GDPR and the European AI Act are taken into account as soon as the assignment is scoped.

The framework of the assignment

Confidentiality

The expert is bound by a confidentiality agreement before any information about your project is shared.

Defined perimeter

The assignment takes place within a perimeter set in writing: tasks, access, duration, expected deliverables.

Follow-up

Regular check-ins and a report at every milestone; you keep a single point of contact throughout the mission.

Continuity

In the event of an interruption, replacement arrangements are those set out in the service contract.
